Help younger team members discern their gifts and plan outreach activities suited to the group and mission timing. Adults will lead by example in prayer and are encouraged to share personal testimonies. Be prepared to pray with others and model this for the younger participants.
Young Adults (18-25)
Teens will engage in formation exercises, learn to share their gifts, and be ready to give testimonies and share the gospel. They will also assist in event planning and act as role models for younger participants.
Teens (13-18)
Younger participants will also go through formation, learning to discover and share their God-given gifts. They may assist in planning and execution, and, where comfortable, participate in sharing testimonies and helping lead events.
Children (7-13)
Even the youngest missionaries contribute by simply being present. They are welcome to participate as much as they are capable of and will witness and absorb the mission experience.
